A structured, phased onboarding plan: your workspace is set up by us, with no servers to install, and validation support to help you take it into use.
How we run it
MoniDoseQMS is software as a service, operated by MoniDose. No infrastructure for you to manage.
EU-hosted SaaS
MoniDoseQMS is delivered as a managed cloud service. There is nothing to install and no servers for you to manage.
Hosting and backups
Platform data is hosted in the EU (Finland). Encrypted database backups run every 6 hours to off-site storage, and a restore is tested automatically every week.
Updates
We operate the platform and roll out updates. You assess their impact on your intended use as part of your own change control.
Onboarding, training and support
What you get, and what is quoted separately.
Onboarding
A named contact during onboarding, configuration help and import templates. Larger data migrations and custom integrations are quoted up front.
Training
Built-in user guide and guided tours. Role-based training sessions can be arranged on request.
Support
Email support on every plan. The Priority Support add-on (EUR 199/month, Growth and Enterprise) adds a named contact, priority bug fixes and monthly check-in calls.

Week 1
Workspace, roles, import templates
Your workspace is activated after a short review. We set up roles and share import templates.
Weeks 2-3
Import and configure workflows
Bring in existing records and configure approval workflows and the modules you need.
Week 4
Train and validate
Train your users and run your validation using our guide and templates.
Migrating existing records
The Data Import wizard brings existing records in as Draft. They must be re-approved with an electronic signature before they count as controlled records. That keeps legacy data attributable and gives auditors a clear line between what was imported and what was approved here. When you leave, you can export your records to CSV and request your data for 30 days after termination.
Validation support
Our Customer Validation Guide (GAMP 5-aligned, with IQ/OQ/PQ protocol templates and traceability guidance) is shared under NDA, and our team answers questions while you execute. You validate MoniDoseQMS for your intended use.
