We're launching the MoniDoseQMS Expert Network — the first consulting marketplace built directly into an electronic Quality Management System. Until now, working with a regulatory or quality consultant meant exporting documents, emailing PDFs and screenshots back and forth, and hoping the advice landed somewhere useful. The Expert Network changes that entirely.
For regulated companies
Companies running their quality management on MoniDoseQMS can now find a vetted regulatory or quality expert in a built-in directory and open a scoped engagement without ever leaving their QMS. The expert only ever receives read-only access, and only while the customer grants it: every visit is logged and visible, access is time-limited and revocable in one click, and sensitive personnel, credential and electronic-signature data is never exposed. The expert's recommendations are tracked in the system — and the customer's own authorised team applies any regulated approval or signature.
For regulatory & quality consultants
Approved experts get a dedicated workspace and a listing in the customer-facing directory. With a client's consent, they work inside the client's real quality system — reviewing the actual documents, CAPAs, audits and records rather than stale exports — leave structured recommendations the client can act on and track, and log hours and generate invoices from one place. There's no per-client seat cost, so an expert firm can serve as many clients as it can handle from a single workspace.
