Module spotlight: Audit Management
Audits are how a quality system proves itself — to itself and to others. Audit Management plans, runs, and records internal and external audits, with findings that flow straight into corrective action.

Internal audits are not a formality — they are how you find problems before an external auditor does. Audit Management gives you a structured way to plan, conduct, and record audits, and to turn what you find into action.
What you can do
- Plan and schedule internal and external audits
- Capture findings in structured audit reports
- Track inspection readiness
- Link findings directly to CAPA so nothing closes on paper only
Why it matters
ISO 13485 §8.2.4 requires internal audits at planned intervals. Keeping audits, findings, and the actions that follow in one connected system means an audit is not an isolated event but part of the continuous improvement loop.
